Beautilish Ten tips to natural beauty!

1. Revive old (or new!) eyeliner
When I was a kid, I remember my babysitter putting on her makeup while she got ready for a date. As she picked up her eyeliner pencil, she also grabbed a lighter and proceeded to light the tip of it. "It makes it softer and easier to go on," she told me.

try it: Grab a lighter and run the tip of your pencil through the flame for a second or two. Afterwards, make sure to blow on it and wait a few seconds before putting it on so it's not dangerously hot. It should go on smoother than ever before.

2. Tighten up pores
A good old-fashion face dunk into ice water can work wonders on a tired face. If you can handle the cold, it temporarily tightens skin and pores by constricting blood flow. Remember the famous scene in Mommy Dearest? You pretty much do the same thing in real life.

try it: Fill your sink or a bowl with cold water and ice cubes, and submerge your face in the water, holding it in place for eight to ten seconds. Bonus beauty tip: dipping freshly painted nails in ice water can help the polish dry quicker!

3. De-puff eyes in 10 minutes
Late nights and hours spent staring into our computers can cause puffy, goblin eyes. So those little comforting bags of Earl Grey you have in your cupboard will not only quench your thirst, but they can help with those tired eyes, thanks to the anti-irritant properties found in tea.

try it: Steep two bags of tea in hot water for three minutes then put them in the fridge until they're cold. Apply a tea bag to each eye and relax for ten minutes. Your eyes will feel refreshed and look less swollen.

4. DIY facial toner
Apple cider vinegar has been known for a variety of uses, especially for the skin. It can work as a great toner as well as help treat acne. The acidity in the vinegar can help dry out pimples, allowing healthier skin to take its place.

try it: Make a mixture that's one part apple cider vinegar and four parts water, then apply to skin at night after cleansing. If you feel like you can use a stronger solution, try it with three parts water and so on.

5. Liven limp locks
Olive oil is not only a healthy and delicious cooking agent, but it's a great moisturizer and can also help sass up dull locks! Olive oil is made up of fatty acids which coat the shaft of your hair which can keep it healthy and protected from damage.

try it: Heat up half a cup of olive oil in the microwave for about ten seconds so it's warm, but not too hot. Apply thoroughly to hair and leave on for twenty minutes. Shampoo regularly, just note that you might need more than one wash-through. Your hair will be softer and shinier.

6. Amp up lashes
If you've got poker-straight lashes that refuse to curl, one of your everyday hair tools can help. And no, I don't mean your curling wand (eek!). But think, a curling iron wouldn't really work if it wasn't heated up, right? The same idea goes for an eyelash curler, too.

try it: Grab your blow dryer and heat your eyelash curler for a few seconds. Make sure to test the temperature by touching the curler on your palm before using. Say hello to your new and improved lashes!

7. Slough away dead skin
Sometimes you don't need a fancy facial scrub to get rid of dry skin. A common kitchen ingredient like sugar can make a great exfoliant because of its natural humectants properties (it can keep things moist and hydrated naturally).

try it: Combine two parts organic sugar and one part olive or coconut oil. Gently rub into face, then rinse with warm water. You can also use this concoction to treat dry, chapped lips.

8. Reduce blemish redness
Let's say you're getting ready for an event and you've got a bright red zit that your concealer and foundation aren't helping cover up at all. Got some Visine in your cabinet? It's meant for reducing redness in eyes, but the same vasoconstriction properties can work on pimples, too.

try it: Soak a cotton ball in Visine and place it on your zit for a few minutes. It won't make your blemish smaller, but it will minimize the redness, at least for a few hours.

9. Hydrate parched skin
The thought of using an avocado that's been sitting in your fridge for something other than guacamole may bring a tear to your eye, but there are plenty of other wonderful things avocados can be used for, including your skin! The monounsaturated fats and antioxidants found in them can keep your skin moisturized, help reduce redness and irritation, and maintain its suppleness.

try it: Mash one avocado up and spread it across your skin. Leave on for twenty minutes or so, then rinse with warm water. Your skin will be ridiculously smooth.

10. Lighten hair naturally
Lemon juice was one of the most popular ways to lighten hair back in the day. I remember doing this in high school, when my friends and I would go to the beach. Lemons contain citric acid which can help open up your hair cuticles, mix that with UV rays, and you've got yourself a natural lightening agent.

try it: Squeeze juice from four lemons and mix with ⅓ cup of water in a spray bottle. Distribute evenly to hair, then hang out in the sun for about 45 minutes (don't forget your SPF!). Rinse thoroughly and condition well. Your hair will be a couple of shades lighter. This works best on blondes or light brunettes.

Social shared joys and losses

Our day to day life, is very much influenced by networking with people from all over the world.
Socially the world has become as one through social networks.
You find people on social networks being more socially involved and influenced. It has become easy to help or find help from any one via social platforms. People ask or share information on social groups and pages. More leaders from different parts of the world are being celebrated and recognized by the public through social platforms.

We gain Skills, opportunities and valuable social relations from most of the best people in the world; We share on each others joys and grieve on losses with those that strengthen us, motivate us and also mentor us daily from near and from distance lands. We find inspiring quotes through social sharing daily from different authors, like Zig Ziglar and Maya Angelou's much loved quotes. We find our selves able to survive a day by reading or sharing their quotes that give many of us, courage and hope through out the days to reach our goals.

The much felt passing of Maya Angelou is one of those socially felt losses as if we've known or met her in her life time. Her voice and comforting words has become part of some of us, so deeply that you find her words comforts you and motivate faith in God; to have courage to be some one great in life despite the obstacles that we overcome.

Introduction Maya Angelou:
"Maya Angelou born Marguerite Annie Johnson; April 4, 1928 – May 28, 2014) was an African-American author, poet, dancer, actress and singer. She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, and several books of poetry, and was credited with a list of plays, movies, and television shows spanning more than 50 years. She received dozens of awards and over fifty honorary degrees. Angelou is best known for her series of seven autobiographies, which focus on her childhood and early adult experiences. The first, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings (1969), tells of her life up to the age of seventeen and brought her international recognition and acclaim".

During the passing of Tata Madiba Maya Angelou had become like a mother Africa who comforts her children during the time of loss, in our house holds. You would open up your Tv on sabc tv, and find web links on social networks and you hear her comforting sad voice reciting and sharing in our loss of Tata Mandela; as she tells her story in words that "His day is gone".

Her passing not so long after Tata Mandela has become a feeling of a huge loss to those who find her inspiration . Social networks have become a very huge existence in our everyday lives, growing relations with people from different parts of the worlds, social networks continues to introduce these great people like Maya Angelou ;even to date for the benefit of some one who needs inspiration in their life.

The friendships that one builds on the social platforms are strengthened by sharing each others views, interests and likes on group walls and pages. It may be sometimes challenging to believe the originality of some people over social networks, all that determines who is who; is the value and contribution they give towards the growth of others.

The whole wide world shares the feeling of loss and fear instilled by the cruel act of Boko Haram to abduct 272 Chibok schoolgirls in Nigeria. One of the first call to 'bring back our girls' was demonstrated in Sandton, South Africa led by Rosie Motene, with many other demonstrations through out the world. The call to 'bring back our girls' is still happening; as we all hope and pray that the abducted girls will be returned safely to their government and parents.

The Interventions from other parts of the world like the UK, with the involvement of President Barak Obama, to help release the girls gives hope in the returning of the girls; after reports that they have been found kept in a forest in Sambasa.

In some parts of the world its all Joy. The socially shared joy of the world cup in Brazil especially by us here in South Africa, as we reflect back to our very own hosting of the soccer world cup in 2010. It is one of the social joyful gains that will forever build a strong connection of relations within all the countries involved in the world cup.

The South Africans enjoys the specially created morning Tv shows that brings the world cup in Brazil right into our households as we share in all the details about the fashion and the culture of the soccer world cup in Brazil. The shows like 'The streets of Brazil on sabc1' allows South African soccer supporters a chance to enjoy and support the world cup every morning; even though South Africa's Bafana Bafana couldn't make it to the world cup.

Other Countries like the Ivory cost are the interest of the world cup news around the world, with some of their players making waves, the veteran striker Didier Drogba for Ivory Coast along with Yaya and Kolo Toure makes waves in the world cup despite the recent passing of their brother Ibrahim. As a sign for mourning the Ivorians wore black armbands.

Some details of the Brazil world cup is about the tourists that find them selves, have to spend a lot of money just to find a place to sleep in Brazil, as a result they resorted to make sleeping shelters by the ocean beach just between the pine trees on the sand.

Socially this is another way of suddenly you have to share your space with different people from around the world, despite cultures and traditions creating hopefully lasting happy relations for many experiencing it.
Every morning when you check out on google, you seem to share in the feeling itself of people socially sharing a space between pine trees on the sand, google has a socially enhancing way of displaying this view in their daily logo displays.

Despite the good experiences and rewarding relations in the social network world, there is a much destroying side effect of it as well, in the walk of life there are good situations and bad ones too, the path you choose in life can only leave you on either side of the road. It is totally up to a person which values, experiences and standards you choose to uphold to from the social network environment, choose your mentors wisely by following those who have accomplished or live fullfiled dreams, that are simmilar to the one you pursue; for your own success. It is in each one's of us the responsibility to live a good legacy for generations to come. You can easily show your own contribution to the world through social network involvement.

I am mother Africa
You can call them black or brown
No No No they are the pride and dignity Of my Land.

I mother Africa
I mothered them.
They are born black and beautiful I am fond and proud of them like any other one who resides in my land.
They are my daughters.
They are my sons and daughters.

I give a chair, a table with food and a bed to many of your sons and daughters residing in my land.
I'm not perfect but I overflow with love.

I mother Africa
Mothered mine
They are greatly loved
They are brought up with love
They are taught to respect others
Not to tolerate abuse.
Dare not let their innocent tears
Fall down No not a bit again as slaves.

I am mother Africa
Their forefathers and mothers
Have been called names before
Degrading them down to slaves
They fought their fights of discrimination by many, who looked down on them; those who chose to humiliate and abuse them for generation to generation.

I say No No No
Not them for slaves again
not with this generation of theirs.

Bring back My African girls
Bring Back my future
Bring back my African pride

I am full of love and nature
I am rich with cultures and tribes.
I have born kings and Queens who
Unites rainbow nations.
My sons and daughters have been taught to love and to forgive,
Many times before.
Why OH WHy would you let your foreign land sell or slave my dignity and Pride?.

I have caused them to forget
The pains of slaving endured by their four fathers in foreign lands before.
I have comforted them, for once I have filled their hearts with Joy and Hope for the future.

I mother Africa mothered them.
Who have ever seen a mother
Not feel pain in the pain
Of her children?
Who have seen a mother not shed a tear on her loss?
This is one loss not to be accepted or confirmed by me.

Bring Back my African girls
Bring Back My dignity and pride.

Tips on how to look Classy when taking pictures!

How does Emma Watson keeps it so classy "there is something about her presence on film and in photographs that just emanates class, Good; old-fashioned class — that sort of glowing, lovely elegance that cannot be denied".

Refinery decides for her birthday they were gonna use that to find out from Emma 'over the face we all once knew as Hermione' now recognized as a true class style star.

We've decided let's also not be left behind as we also want to know these things that make 'ladylike' to feel like an understatement by this beauty.

"things that Emma Watson does naturally, on a regular basis, in six-inch heels and couture gowns".

These pictures will more definitely help you when you take your pictures and make it a point that you make your own statement of sassy classy look!

Emma Watson Guide To Etiquette!

"If you are having a particularly shiny hair day, it's important to position yourself strategically under a light, thus creating a halo effect.

It's okay to make the Overly Attached Girlfriend face. Just do it with such a delicate, rosy glow that you look adorable, not terrifying.

The key to getting in and out of a car with class is to make it look like you're in a fancy lipstick commercial. Easy!

If you must kiss a mouse, do not use tongue.

When speaking to others, angle your body in a way that is both authoritative and approachable, using a slightly questioning head tilt for maximum effect.

Be sure to retain said posture while couch-dancing.

If you are wearing a thigh-high slit, the key is to use magic powers so that it never blows awkwardly out of place or reveals more leg than you would prefer

An umbrella is not a hindrance. It is a vehicle to enhance your natural glow.

The art of the princess wave is not to be underestimated.

Loafers and a trench coat are your best friends in the entire world, and they will never steer you wrong".
