JKgotso fast becoming a household name in the South African music industry
One of South African guitarist and vocalist Jeoffrey Kgotso Mthembu well known as JKgotso was born in Mpumalanga started doing music in 2008 as a vocalist then later learned how to produce beats and started recording his music in 2010 .
One of his popular interactions gaining momentum in the music industry he is seen performing music around South Africa and meet well known musicians and perform to them, cover songs of their own songs.
JKgotso was recently spotted performing for Jaziel brothers their own song, while they sing along with him.
JKgotso is so passionate about his music, he performs his own songs and other artists cover songs.
I first met JKgotso performing as a Duet in an LGBTQI workshop hosted by department of health in Orange farm in 2022 .
He tours around South Africa performing his music and other artists cover songs, he released an EP Titled Tswekere online in 2019 which made him Popular in the Free state with the Hit song Dikeledi, ever since then he has grown as an artist m. He is now working on a project with Noxiousdeejay from Tembisa.
His latest tour around SA dubbed ‘Super Human’ was in December 2023, where he performed in EC Sterkspruit , followed by other destinations to the Western Cape on his line up .
