'Katch it with Khanyi'

____________________________________________________________

'katch it with Khanyi' brings Mbawu & Khumalo closer

Hear it from me, Khanyi Mbawu has a TV show; 'Katch it With Khanyi' which airs on e.tv's new channel eKasi+. Khanyi's first guest last week was Kelly Khumalo, Mbawu and Khumalo who we all know that they don't see eye to eye, or at least we thought so, Khanyi's Tv show could be up for something great and interesting if it could afford to keep these two beauties and go getters in the same room. with one of Khanyi's next guests, Julias Malema one has a good reason to catch up with Katch it with Khanyi every Friday @ 17:30

How Beyonce stays in shape!

How I loved to hear about how Beyonce 'still gets nervous before a
performance, and is sometimes self-conscious about how she looks on stage'
this made me realize that we are all some how responsible to choose or
motivate the out comes of how we would like to be.

'In order to get ready for each grueling performance, she prepares for
weeks, both physically and mentally'.

Hello Beautiful.com shares: 'How does she do it'.

1. 'Be Realistic She has the right outlook. Beyonce knows that there
isn't a quick fix when it comes to a healthy lifestyle':

"The truth is, it's a lot of sacrifice. It's more about your mental
strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't
matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're
on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices," she says".

2.Be Time Conscious

"Beyonce is a fan of celebrity trainer Marco Borges, who trains her using
his signature Power Moves philosophy'.
This system helps Beyoncé save time since it relies on exercises that work
several muscle groups at once. She also saves time by interval training,
alternating between sprinting and running while on the treadmill, to burn
more calories in a shorter amount of time: Be Opportunistic
Being an opportunist isn't always a bad thing.  Although she may be
busy, Beyonce knows when she can fit in a few extra calorie-burning moves,
like squats, lunges, and planks, no matter where she is".

3.Be Your Own Motivater

'Whether it's a picture of an Oscar by her treadmill or a dress she wants
to fit into, Beyoncé always has a way to motivate herself to work out. And
it's no surprise that the singer uses music as one of her main workout
motivations'.

"I'll put on a song that I really like and do biceps curls with
five-pound weights and just try to burn out".

'If music is an important component of your workout routine as well, give
some of Beyonce's fast-paced anthems a try'.

4.Be Smarter
'Beyonce may have been one of the Master Cleanse's most famous devotees,
but she has since learned from her mistakes'.

"There are healthier ways to lose weight — I wouldn't recommend
it".

'she told Elle about the deprivation cleanse she went on when dropping
weight for her role in Dream girls,
Instead Beyonce eats breakfast, salads for lunch and a light dinner; She
allows herself a cheat day on Sundays.

Lungile Nzimande's love for modeling

Meet Lungile @ReflectSA promotes your modeling!

The best way to make sure that, you live your dream, is to pursue your
interests at a very young age. I love how young woman like Lungile take an
initiative to follow their dreams:

Lungile: "I'm a kind of girl who is energetic, outspoken, I love fashion,
my inspiration is Bonang Matheba and Tyra Banks. I started modeling when I
was 7 where I competed in Miss Green village, with other kids; then I
started competing in other beauty pageants like Miss Rivonia, Face of
Africa, Face of North Gate and Miss million Dollar. At first I felt like I
was forcing but as I got to compete in other beauty pageants I gained more
interest in modeling".

On her other interests Lungile tells me about her love for sport, business
and her career goals: "Besides modeling, I also play soccer at my school
and I'm involved in a project that is about entrepreneurship and my goal is
to be a super model + dentist".

I love how reflect SA models seem to accomplish its mission to promote
these inspiring young man and women into reaching their highest potentials
in modeling and just giving them that one more step to see them live their
dream.

village of Limpopo, currently living in Witbank".

By now as a Reflect viewer you should know that from time to time, a new
model gets introduced to this family.
He tells me: "I loved Modeling since I was 8years old,I used to see other
kids on magazines, advertising clothes from jet store. I wanted to be like
them but I thought they were from rich families or their parents work at
jet store".

Modeling started as just an interest with Clifford, passion and
determination however is the drive that saw him joining @ReflectSA models,
to pursue his endeavor of becoming a glamour model. Clifford with a height
of not less than 1,7 and his evident pose from the picture, sure does
catches ones attention.

Clifford goes on to say that:
"When I was 13years I met some guy called khutso, he was older than me,he
knew what Modeling was and he gave me information and confidence to believe
that I can also be a model. I started looking for an agency around Witbank,
I then found one, which I worked with for 6 months and my contract was
expired. At the age of 18 I entered Mr Emalahleni, I made it to top 3. I
took a break from Modeling for a while and focused on schooling, I went to
college and I did mechanical fitting engineering. But I never stop loving
Modeling, It's my first love I could say".
"I started searching for agencies on the Internet, I found some but I
didn't feel comfortable working with them but I searched again then I found
you guys @ReflectSA".
