Jennefer Hudson sang Whitney's signature song, 'I Will Always Love You,' and was absolutely stunning in a black gown and voluminous curls reminiscent of Houston's '80s style.

The 'American Idol' took on the tribute solo, after Chaka Khan withdrew from the last-minute performance, stating she was too grief-stricken to step in front of the star-studded crowd. Hudson herself was overcome with emotion, as she fought back tears towards the end of her performance.

I can only add that Legend Whitney Houston taught a lot of us,To give love so dearly to others, through her music.

I have shared so much memories with my friends growing up, "I will always love you" was the best song in our music books.

I remember when I was thirteen me and a friend,
We risckly went near a river just after a flood to pretend to be Whitney, singing "I will always love you".I must say we realy loved the experience of being Whitney for that day.

Blue Ivy's Grandmother Tina Knowles mother to Beyoncé said about her grand daughter:

"She's doing great. She's beautiful".

"Being a grandma is amazing. It's the second best job I've ever had".

While her parents filed an application under Beyoncé's company BGK Trademark Holdings, to own her name. According to MTV the application is still pending .

Blue Ivy's cries from just a few hours old being born are already featured on her father's Jay-Z newly-recorded track 'Glory' making her the youngest child to ever appear on a chart record .

Their Family law attorney Vikki Ziegler told MTV that they are: 'Seeking the trademark for estalls competitors from using the child's name and or third parties from attempting to sell the baby's name back to the couple.

They are likely trying to protect what they rightfully own or created, shall we say, by trade marking Blue Ivy's name.'

There has already been two attempts denied by The Patent Office since Blue Ivy's birth. Reason for the rejection, was: the name belongs to a 'very famous infant' adds Daily Mail.

Katy Perry's SPLIT/DIVORCE

Katy Perry and Russell Brand finalised their divorce.

The Californian law allows couples to stay separated at least six months before their split is made official .
Their divorce will only become legal on July 14 2012.

After just 14 months of staying husban and wife Katy is getting back her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.

My Opinion:
I just do not understand especialy with the celebrities in the UK / US they get married and then decide to divorce just like that. They make it look so easy like going on vacation.

I think its time they skip the whole marriage drama, and just go on honey moon and then come back when they are done with the whole lovy duuvy stay in.

Unless the whole plan is to increase their riches by getting a divorce setlement.

Though Katy's 14 months marriage lasted longer than that of Kim Kadashian's.

I also think it was good for Katy to sign with a smile,after Russel is the one who decided to file for divorce.

What happened to trying to sort out your differences. Why give up so easy? if till death do us apart was meaningful.

5FM Will Miss DJ Sasha

This morning, Wednesday, 8 February 2012.

5FM station manager Aisha Mohamed anounced in a press statement,their Lineup changes, which will take place from 1 April 2012.

DJ Sasha Martinengo will no longer be with 5FM as from 1st April 2012.

After 17 years on air and over 5000 shows, Martinengo leaves the station .

Mohamed explained in a press statement.

He also mentioned that:

"We are enormously appreciative of Sasha's incredible work ethic, his dedication to the listeners and his support of the 5FM brand. The station, however, needs to evolve and change as our listeners do".

The station manager also mentioned that:

"Lineup changes are an unfortunate part of the radio landscape. Every year 5FM, along with the SABC's 17 other radio properties, evaluate their on-air lineup for the year ahead.

Martinengo (@F1sasha), "Working at 5FM hasn't just been a job; it's been my life. I'd like to think I have entertained my listeners over the years. I have had a brilliant time and will miss my 5FM family. Thank you for all the years of fun and support."

I am sure that Sasha will be greatly missed by every one who tuned into his radio shows, for the last 17 years.

Surely he enjoyed his "life" at 5FM as he calls it in his comment, that to him being with 5fm wasn't just a job but his "LIFE".

This statement is with no doubt, supported by his term with 5fm, almost two decades that is not just a term.

I thought I should share this work out plan, with you my reflectors, which man wouldn't want to look this good? and which woman doesn't want to have such a hug.

This to Reflect SA's gentlemen readers.

You too can reach your highest potential in looking fit and healthy.

Workout plan:

Tyrese changed his eating habits by switching from fatty unhealthy foods such as fried calamari to tuna, salads and other low fat foods. It is not easy, but I believe that acknowledging harmful substances that go into your body when you eat un healthily and appreciating that your body is a God-given temple which deserves respect, are some of the ways to help you change your eating habits.

Tyrese works out by relying on drop sets. Drop sets are exercises where you start by doing a number of repetition using the heaviest weight you can lift for the body part you are working, then work your way down to the lightest weight. So for example, you could lift 20 kg, do 3 reps of that weight; drop to 15 kg, do 3 reps with that weight and so on until you get to a very light weight that you can easily lift.

Tyrese's advice is: "you should never give up, go at a pace that you can work at and don't focus on what others are lifting because everyone has different goals and fitness levels".

Amongst other things Lebogang mentioned that:

"I have started working on water and fire safety, as well as road safety education campaigns. Identified communities will be empowered with knowledge of what to do when someone is drowning or there is a fire."

"There is definitely potential in Soweto, which is already a model for other townships, but it is important that locals are empowered and equipped with relevant skills so they can be part of this growth."

She also mentioned that:

"The youth are so into cyber-socialising like Facebook and Twitter, which means there is no need for physical contact. We can form groups where individuals will be able to communicate and seek guidance and advice from identified mentors in different fields."
